Rugan

Rugan is the father of Ruaeli, who inherits the first syllable of Rugan's name as per tradition with Mimiga families. When Tomi died in 647, Rugan absorbed their SOUL, becoming the unsef Tomi-Rugan. Tomi-Rugan demonstrated a degree of internal coordination and power previously unseen in any unsef, and it was this that served as a justification for Siegetev declaring war on Yarvant. Tomi-Rugan served as the de-facto ruler of Yarzon-Watershed for a short time between Gajn's fleeing and their disappearance in 662 SR. Tomi-Rugan was depicted in a statue in Ri-Ebott that was later disposed of in Ebott itself by the group including Maniri.
