Hotland

Hotland is a tall, volcanically active region in Ebott, representing the central shaft of the Ebott volcano, where all the different branches of the Ebott Underground meet up. It connects to New Home, the Basalt Bluffs, the Steamworks, and Waterfall. It is a highly technologically advanced area, with various machinery connecting it to New Home proper, including the CORE, which provides power for Yarzon-Ebott as a whole. Areas of Hotland get hot enough to boil water, but life is kept alive there through various factors including the yaref habitation, the barrier itself, and various affects applied to the whole of Hotland. However, it is hot enough to get some yarov uncomfortable.

Hotland contains the Lab, which was the workplace and home of Gaster and then Alphys.
