The University of Monselian is a complex including a secondary school, library, and various other services located in the lands of Monselian just to the north of Rahazun, and in Rahazun County. It was founded by the Historian in 435 SR during the time in which Rahazun was ruled by Niderazon, and provided a boost in cultural influence and social power that was enough for Rahazun to declare independence, establishing its own political sphere by 572 SR.
