Altria

Altria was an official holding various titles under Siegetev in Rahazun. Chief of Engineering and Construction, among others. Altria, however, also played a key role in the Invasion of Yarzon-Watershed, as it was her insistence that led to the barrier being created to trap the remaining monsters in Liruzon in the Ebott Underground. This opposed Siegetev's original plan, which was to kill off Yarzon-Watershed completely and then go after Yarzon-Ezvelan. Altria knew Bennitri. Altria was unable to reverse the barrier creation after Siegetev's death, however.
