The Kodakoda Trench is a subductive trench located off the southern coast of Ezvelan. South of the trench is a Monteraga island chain (from a volcanic hotspot), which was initially made independent from mainland Montera when Montera came under Rahazun's rule, but was later conquered by Rahazun under Siegetev's rule. It was quickly given independence once again by Karol-Kalvi. Siegetev planned to lead an attack on Yarzon-Ezvelan from there during the Invasion of Yarzon-Watershed.
