Snowdin Town is large for the Ebott Underground, although absolutely it is a small village; its population is a few hundred and it features the Snowed Inn. The town was founded by Gwinzi Respita, and is heavily thematically associated with the festival Arvendanula, although they claim that their traditions arose independently. Snowdin has several exits to the Ruins and was also the original home of Dalv.
