Editing Barrier

The barrier enclosing the [[Ebott Underground]] from 662 to 913 SR is an example of a more general kind of structure. It is a spherical barrier enclosing the section of the [[Underground]] and amplified the effects of [[yahir]] within its bounds, enabling [[Determination#SAVE|SAVE]] abilities. Any [[SOUL#System|unsef]] or a powerful [[human]] could pass it, but the power of 7 humans was required to destroy it. The barrier was created by [[Altria]] in order to protect the [[yarov]] of [[Liruzon]] from attacks by [[Siegetev]]'s forces.
