Koganda
The Koganda are a diminutive race of humans. They are conventionally dark-skinned. They are Undersided's version of Homo floresiensis, and as such lack a sense of creativity and "art" as distinct from general ingenuity and cleverness, resulting in a focus on practicality and a weak sense of aesthetic in the manner familiar to standard humans. As of 913 SR, they are not uplifted and have gone down a track similar to Liruzon's pre-uplift. They are native to, and almost exclusively live in, Rumekogan. The Mairoi have agreed to leave them alone for now, perhaps beginning a process of gradual integration starting in the 930s.
